To those of you who have come across our store for the first time today, welcome! If perhaps you’ve come across our site after reading today’s (sydney) magazine, then you will no doubt be familiar with the very sweet image you see above.

To those of you who are already loyal followers of the blog, have a look at the utterly gorgeous picture of my co-director and partner in crime Renee Anne which was published today!

This is yet another of the awesome moments we seem to share together, in this ridiculous and insane whirlwind of work that we have created for ourselves.

We love what we do. We work together in a creative partnership that is more fulfilling and successful and insane and fun than I could have ever thought. We work on {twin set} together, we organise exhibitions (like DisBand coming up in May) and more recently Renee has begun working alongside me at Leeloo. Renee has been a part of Leeloo as a designer and artist for over two years now, and is also enthusiastically been responsible for helping me out at finders keepers market stalls, (where Leeloo is a partner and will have a stall in just over a week!).

Renee is kind, generous, caring, talented, enthusiastic, creative and willing to dive into things and learn and soak it all up. Clearly, as you can see from the image above, she is also extremely cute.

So you can imagine how proud I was today to be able to share the ‘first sighting’ of the magazine today, with Renee, like a pair of  ‘giggling girties’ (to quote my mum) in the supermarket as we bought the paper FREAKING OUT about how amazing this trip really is.

Amongst fashion luminaries like Kirrily Johnston and Megan Gale, there is our Renee, leading the article with her hints and tips on how to dress and where to shop in Sydney and online. Gorgeously and gracefully, she does her best to encourage ethical and sustainable fashion through vintage and thrift shopping combined with handmade and Australian goodies.
