On The Wall :: Submissions Open!!

Leeloo is seeking artists within the Australian community to submit for an exhibition to be held in conjunction with The Finders Keepers December Sydney Market,  the bi-annual market which supports independent design, art and music with attendance in the thousands.

After the success of last year’s exhibition this year we present another instalment of On The Wall!!   The artworks will be displayed at CarriageWorks within the foyer for the duration of the markets and will celebrate our ongoing mission to support independent Australian artists.  Artwork will be for sale during the exhibition and there may be the possibility of selling prints of the artworks.

Submissions will be open from today, October 18th 2011, for two weeks, with the closing date being November 1st, 2011 with no exceptions.  EDIT—–>(((WE ARE MAKING AN EXCEPTION — NEW CLOSING DATE IS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 4TH 2011)))

To submit to be part of this exhibition, please email the following to onthewall@leeloo.com.au

  • Name and location (Suburb and State)
  • 3-5 low res jpgs. showing recent examples of your work
  • a link to your website / blog etc (if applicable)
  • a brief description about your art practice (no longer than 200 words)

All entries will be notified by the 8th November, 2011.

If you are accepted, all pricing, specifications, entry fees and other details will be advised.  Please note there will be a relatively brief time frame for you to complete your work and also arrange delivery to Sydney should you be successful in your application.
