Nic, the "brains" behind morphologica is a Sydney-based designer creating laser-cut jewellery inspired by the biological forms encountered in her PhD research and the silly side of science.
Each morphologica piece starts its life as a sketch on paper, then is modelled digitally and cut by laser beam, before finally being assembled into a truly unique piece.
If that is all sounding a bit too scientific to you, don't worry, at least you now know that you can score yourself some awesome handmade jewellery and finally let that inner geek out of the science store room.
